Notification On Update?

Looks like the notifications are still a bit too much.  It basically
notifies you on every update.  I'll probably peel those back a bit.

Maybe just send after the submission has been sitting idle for a bit.

I think they are fine as is.  I'm always in the "filter, ignore, or
unsubscribe if you don't want 'em".  I'd rather have them configurable
than turned down across the board.  Again, I think it should be like
Facebook - which is basically that you get an update notification for
everything you've created or commented on.

I think it's fine too ... in fact I think there are fewer
notifications than there were.

I don't seem to be getting notified of other comments on things I've
commented on ... which is OK, just i seem to think I was getting
notified before.
