Documentation & Rails

So there's a lot of pre-written documentation from Rails, and it talks
about Rails.

Do we want to change that documentation to talk about Lightrails?

Or I guess my question is: Is Lightrails a smaller Rails, or is it simply
built on the Rails framework?

Yeah, I started rewriting the generated README, had doubts, and left it for
now.

The hard part is it's both, but until there are actually tools in place
that are known to work with lightrail conventions instead of rails
conventions, I'm tempted to just leave the Rails documentation in place,
because what it describes should still work.
