A problem using redsocks with polipo authentication enabled

I built a proxy service based on polipo 1.0.4.1 for my private usage.
Then I startup redsocks to forward http/https connection to my proxy server
When I make polipo could be accessed by anonymous, redsocks works well.

But when I enable authentication in polipo config,
then I startup redsock with correct login and password
it work well in http-relay, but failed in http-connect, so I couldn't
connect any https website such as https://www.ip-secrets.info/

In this situation, I got these log info from redsocks stderr:
1372249206.602347 redsocks.c:703 redsocks_accept_client(...)
[192.168.1.1:52896->87.98.242.219:443]: accepted
1372249206.616989 redsocks.c:396 redsocks_shutdown(...) [192.168.1.1:52896->
87.98.242.219:443]: both client and server disconnected
1372249206.617010 redsocks.c:333 redsocks_drop_client(...)
[192.168.1.1:52896->87.98.242.219:443]: dropping client
1372249206.617403 redsocks.c:703 redsocks_accept_client(...)
[192.168.1.1:52899->87.98.242.219:443]: accepted
1372249206.633961 redsocks.c:396 redsocks_shutdown(...) [192.168.1.1:52899->
87.98.242.219:443]: both client and server disconnected
1372249206.633983 redsocks.c:333 redsocks_drop_client(...)
[192.168.1.1:52899->87.98.242.219:443]: dropping client

Also, firefox got: "The connection was interrupted"

However, even if enabling authentication in polipo config (same setting
when I test redsocks), any web browser that support proxy configuration
internally, work well in both http and https protocol.
I guess this problem may be from redsocks authentication scheme in
http-connect mode. but cannot understand why.
Would you give me some advise how to resolve this problem?

Thanks!
