How I stop a resque-web? I launch it withouth setting environment and 
now is running in development when instead is deployed in production?

That depends on how you launched it?
If you used `resque-web` to fire it up give this a try: `resque-web -K`.

You can send it a kill signal:

ps axu | grep resque
(get pid)
kill (pid)
