May 5th meeting wrap-up, potential next meeting date

Hey everyone,

A quick wrap up of tonight's meeting:

In attendance were Justin, Danny and myself; Wayne had some prior
engagements and couldn't make it.

Topics included:

 - an informal chat about our background and why we were interested in
Lisp/Clojure
 - Justin suggested we do a Ruby Quiz <http://rubyquiz.com/> and
talked a bit about his solution to the Roman Numerals problem
<http://www.rubyquiz.com/quiz22.html>; to contrast, I showed the
solution we came up with to the same problem at the last Ruby meeting
 - After some discussion, we decided to start working on the Solitaire
Cipher Ruby Quiz <http://www.rubyquiz.com/quiz1.html>
 - Justin did a really excellent guided coding/walkthrough/discussion
of working through Step 1, overall thought processes of Clojure, a
basic intro to unit testing and other assorted tricks, while Danny and
I bothered him with questions ;)

Small, but very informative! Justin's battery ran out, but I believe
he'll be pushing the code up to GitHub when he has a moment.

With regard to our next meeting, several of us are out of town at
differing times over the next several weeks. We're currently
eyeballing Sunday, June 5th at 2pm back here at Coworking, but that's
open to discussion.

Thanks for taking notes, Rufo.

The code is up at https://github.com/jkk/cipher
