No issues. Please take care of spelling mistakes and don't add SCG
conducts every where instead use "We"

Dear Abhishek,
I would suggest you subscribe to low volume mailing lists at
debian-dug-in@lists.debian.org and in.mini@lists.debconf.org so you
have an overview of people's views and expectations from the mangalore
minidebconf and give your views as well.

The website/wiki (whatever) page you create should make the following
things clear :-

a. How many days the event is going to be ? (2-3 not still clear)
b. What is the schedule of the event, timings and all. This can be
changed at the last moment (depending on speaker's availability and
things) but we should have something to go on.
c. If there are going to BOF's then what sort of BOF's are/would be encouraged ?

Now because most of the speakers do not/would not have the luxury of
visiting the place before the event (at the most a day or two) it
would be nice to have some details with a mail about :-

a. What Kind of hardware would be available to us, some specs would be
good here.
b. what sort of wifi, ethernet and internet would be available to us
for the event.
b. Number of rooms possible/available for the event.
c. Seating capacity of people in one room/lab.

d. Ok, now we did an impromptu installfest on the last day for newbies
to debian. Do you guys want to do something similar. If yes, then do
you know how to make usb hybrid images and make multiple copies of
them ? if not, ask us and let us know.

e. If there is some session that you guys want apart from whatever has
been discussed till date let us know/discuss .

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Also could you push Ranjan a bit. He was supposed to get back to me
with the sponsorship brochure bit but haven't got either any mail or
phone call anything.
