I'm running sidekiq on heroku with unicorn and redistogo nano instance.
Today I was hit by the "max number of clients reached" error. Shame on
me for not doing my homework.

By the way I stumbled on this post
http://manuel.manuelles.nl/blog/2012/11/13/sidekiq-on-heroku-with-redistogo-nano/
which has a calculator to help to find out the right number of
connections to set.
Are you aware of this post, does it describe the issue correcty?

Now I have 7 busy workers hanging in the queue, may things be related?
