Just a heads up that wheel 0.15.0 has been released, with the normal
handful of bugfixes and enhancements including Paul's patch for
wininst2wheel.

ok, I need to re-merge the pip fork anyways. I can confirm stuff is working
then.

so, how long do we wait for a ruling from Nick before we start asking him
for one? :  )

Metadata PEP has its final revision (adding Obsoleted-By) so we should be
able to move on to the wheel-specific PEPs.

OK, can I suggest that you say specifically in python-dev that as far
as you are concerned, the metadata PEP is final and just waiting for
Nick's decision? Then we can put that one to bed and move onto the
others.
